Could be wrong but don't really see how Den recovers from that in 48 hours with such a young team on the road. Also could just see them hitting a wall since they've played so many competitive games since the SAS series. Feels like a relatively easy gm 4 win for Portland.

Doubt Dame Time stays quiet much longer...

This board overrates Jokic. He makes nice passes but he's not winning the conference.

Worth noting that reffing has been ****ing the blazers in the first two games so nothing to see here, just your typical home whistle. Jokic especially been getting **** ton of free throws for flopping on the catch

Don't recall anyone saying Denver was winning the West. Jokic top 10-15 guy itl.

Might be some other bigs better at the highest levels given his limitations defensively, but that has been pointed out numerous time ITT.

This is probably true, but it will make the narrative that much sweeter if they come back from this. I would take Dame-Time in a heartbeat if only Rodney Hood and Enes Kanter would turn back into pumpkins.

He's 5-10.

Stotts subbed him because Mo was cramping, made me feel even worse when I heard that.

POR is +3 right now, I think that is probably printing money. Didn't they open at +4?

Siakam doubtful for gm 4, hot damn.....Probably just start Powell and Kawhi to the 4? Their defensive rebounding already has issues tho? Don't really like a Gasol/Ibaka frontline when they're already having trouble scoring.

edit: Dood, Por is -3...They opened -3.5 I believe.

Wow siakam moves the line 3 points at 1.5 mil per year. Do kawhi/lebron/Durant move the line 60 points?!?

Greatest contract in the history of sports.

The replay, and the errant jumpball really might have ****ed Denver, but overall I think it was a well officiated game. There were few fouls called and unlike the bucs Celts the players weren't just grabbing, pushing, and holding and I thought it was just great basketball all around.

I get your alls sentiment about Portland having an easy win tomorrow but Denver is a really young team and should be able to recover a lot better.

And Mccolum was a stone cold assassin out there.

I don't see why 4OT is particularly bad for Denver. It's not like the blazers didn't play 4OT as well

I assume that it's the idea of expending so much energy and not getting anything from it. A big missed opportunity to get home court back.

I don't think it's that big though.

Sounds like a narrative to me. Pelton posted on twitter that teams losing after overtime in the playoffs have a 18-10 records the following game or something like this.

c'mon guys, this is a poker forum, be sharper. losing that game is no different than losing a blowout. if anything jokic got more cardio in.

supposedly Kanter can't even lift his arm over his head.

If he doesn't play that would be huge for Denver.

Kanter is leaning into the narrative. He has more in common with Lebron than he probably realizes

Nice slump down and up shot right into that bum shoulder of Kanter. That's not even the box out where he pushed Kanter into Murray and DEN got heated that Kanter might have been trying to run into Murray on purpose. I got to say I've done a huge turnaround on Kanter. Not only for the obvious and selfish reasons of helping my team, but where the hell did this toughness and ass busting come from? My dad's not a huge swearer but I got a "Kanter is one tough ****er" text from him last night.
