No denying they had an excellent regular season defense, bunch of guys to fit their scheme around Giannis but I don't think it is far fetched at all to say that you can attack guys like ilyasova and lopez in screen/roll. They're slow footed on rotations as well.

Very few teams have a 5 out offense with a penetrating point guard like Kyrie to attack this. Last year, Philly was an elite defensive team and the Celts made them pay dearly for playing guys like Redick, Bellinelli, Ilyasova.

This is Stevens biggest strength as an offensive coach, builds an offense around a penetrating point guard and a bunch of interchangeable/versatile parts that can seek out weak links.

I do think Mirotic has potential to be a good help defender, makes some plays on D too but tough to say since he really hasn't played much with the Bucks this year.

Really weird performance from Denver so far, I hate chalking sports up to gauging motivation but they did seem to lack intensity tonight.
