Tatum's 20. His upside remains massive. He hasn't been as disappointing as some think.
If he's shooting at last year's 43% pace from behind the arc instead of this year's 37%, all of his numbers would look better.
If he refines/matures his shot selection, improves his face-up handle, develops increased positive on-floor impact on players around him, and maintains consistent minute-to-minute force commitment, he can project as a frequent to perennial all-star.
