Harden's FTA rate were much higher than Fultz but Harden also spent 2 years in college.

Fultz: 6.7FTA/17.6 FGA: 28 PER and 56% TS%
Harden (year 2): 7.7 FTA/12.9 FGA and 60% TS% (no PER from 2009 college year on cbb ref.com)

They're very similar. Ball a better shooter and Simmons is bigger but both will be special for their game sense

RAPM basically drags you back towards what you have previously produced ,it doesn't trust hot or cold streaks.
