problem is that while melo and george are both decent shooters, the thing that OKC is lacking is any kind of jj redick type player who can run around screens and force the defense to do some off-ball action.

at any point in time, they have 2 complete non-shooters on the court, so defenses can cramp in on the russ / adams PnR and then just try to stay somewhat at home on melo / george, neither of whom is used to playing the role of a spot up shooter.

yeah good points. For all of the offensive capability they do have, that end of the court just looks bogged down at times. They'll be fine I'm sure, but it's just ugly basketball right now. Huestis has been playing well.

Wolves poor offensive sets and allowing OKC to get in transition is the only reason they're currently in the game.
