pretty sure he has a compound bone fracture. best case is the paul george type where it is just a clean bone break and he is back to full strength.
but it looked to me that it was far lower on his leg and around his ankle which could mean that he effed up those ligaments and tendons which could cause all kinds of problems. there is also cartilage there.
I am not all that familiar with the ankle and lower leg makeup. but I am pretty sure that ligament or tendon or cartilage damage is a lot worse than a clean bone break, no matter how gruesome it appears.
