If you replace RWB with LeBron (Happy Bday) how many wins would they end up with and how significant of a title fav. would they be?

the pistons should trade reggie jackson right?
12-31-2016 , 04:47 PM
Naw. They've been bad since he returned, but he's clearly not fully healthy and you're still dealing with a tiny sample size. The starters were quite good post trade deadline last year and the bench is much better with Ish and Leuer.

Plus, I think his value to the Pistons is >>> his trade value. I like Ish, but not as a full-time starter, and I don't see them getting a great replacement via trade.

I have no clue when he'll be back to 100%, but until he is, the adjustments should come with coaching. Reggie should be off the ball more often and the offense should flow more through KCP and Tobias running the pick and roll. Especially Tobias.

i saw that harris stat, was pretty surprised. will jackson be down to play off the ball more though?
12-31-2016 , 05:19 PM
Tobias thing seems SSS related.
12-31-2016 , 05:43 PM
Related in terms of its sustainability, yes. To what degree is the question. He's obviously not going to maintain a 1.14 PPP if he shoulders a larger load. But he has been that good this year in the pick and roll, and he certainly has the tools to be a great PnR ball handler at the 3 or 4.

He's the Pistons best option in the pick and roll, and he should be getting more opportunities to run it. He's especially effective running it off down/side screens when he gets some extra space to begin with. Pistons don't run nearly enough of that type of action.

Not sure, but if he throws a fit, then maybe it is time to trade him.

I don't think SVG can afford to cater to him at this point. He needs to do something different offensively. SVG's said publicly (more or less) that the team needs to grow up and play basketball after the team meeting where Morris was bitching about not getting enough touches. It's definitely true, the team's biggest issue is its emotional fragility imo. If a guy is going to throw a fit after a lineup/scheme change with the team playing horribly, he's probably not going to work with SVG long-term anyways.

Michael Carter-Williams starting tonight for the Bulls.

There has to be a real chance Rondo doesn't get another contract, right?

id only give him the min if i had a second unit full of spacing and he was down to be a backup. i wouldn't pay him any other deal

I actually think this is an interesting question but I don't know the answer.

I mean they don't have a PG or a PG defender without Westbrook so they're prolly better with Westbrook

Every other team in the league would be better w lebron obv

At least 5 wins better. Legitimate ring equity from 0.0 ring equity.

So it's agreed, towns Rubio and Wiggins for Covington noel and Sergio. Sure someone mentioned Simmons but why go for the injured player? Finally some 6ers luck!

Lol wut? They are 0% better with Westbrook. Lebron is sooooo much better than every other player in the league, it's not close

Seriously, just play some actual basketball to realize how great Lebron is. Some people actually believe a 6' 6 shooting guard who chucked a bunch of shots at 49% is better. Obviously those people are ******ed.

Harden just hit 50/15/15. Holy ****.

Finishes 53/16ast/17reb

First 50/15/15 ever

Grit and Grind

I know they likely won't make it out of the first round, but Grizzlies so much fun to follow. #GrindCity

So apparently LeBron decided he still remembers how to shoot.

38% on threes this year on 4.9 attempts per game. This after last year where he shot 31% on 3.7 attempts per game, and we all basically concluded his shot was broken.

So weird how he just forgot how to shoot for like ~1.5 seasons and this year he's back to being a good outside shooter again.

Except for the Wilt 100 points, what Harden did is the best game ever in NBA regular season no ?

Sorting by game scores on bref the 2 best games (by far) were MJ's 69/18/6/4steals and Kobe's 81

Harden's game ranks at 24th, i'm guessing 8 turnovers, no steal, no blocks hurt him quite a bit

edit : list
