My opinion is that there are clear diminishing returns afa wins are concerned when you start upping your usage into the stratosphere.

So you agree Lebron clear MVP and goat

The bazz looks at least 20 years older than he is.

He'll look the same in 20 years tho.

Toast the two outside pieces and leave the middle piece untoasted for an elite triple decker pb&j

Conversely, you could only toast the middle piece.

Pb&j club, cut in quarters, with chewey fruit snacks in the middle sounds like a hit Portland food truck.

There definitely is a pb&j truck

Contract year.

His defense is pretty awesome, but he's average at best at everything else.

imagine an nfl owner even being able to be as open about nfl business matters as steve ballmer was about his nba team. or any league owner. silver and the ownership don't care. nba is the best. silver is outstanding. the billionaire owners are, besides the bulls, knicks etc, are great. why is this so? luck? ya probably luck + now having a progressive commish + ???????????

btw bill you kill this podcast.

His attitude is clownish at times, but imo his sons are better coached than anyone else in the world at their respective ages. Its insane how smart Lonzo plays- he walked onto college campus with a NBA-level understanding of running an offense.

I think he talks so much because he truly knows how good his sons are(and the rest of the world doesn't quite know it yet). People only thought Lonzo was the ~15th best player coming into this year, and now hes probably going to go #1 overall. People are now laughing at some of Lavar's comments, but I don't think they are all THAT far fetched. Lonzo has legit equity to be in the Jordan/Lebron/Shaq tier of players.

Cool article about partying in the NBA and its evolution. Yet another reason to lol at past players acting like anyone from now could not hang
brag: was at Liv(the Miami club mentioned in article) twice this past weekend

What makes him top 15?
Paul George has not performed as a top 15 player would this regular season.

Paul George is absolutely a top 15 player going forward for the rest of the regular season + playoffs this year, and hes probably top 10.

Both of these statements are true imo. Playoff Paul George is a real thing. He went toe-to-toe with Lebron in the 2013-14 playoffs, missed a year due to injury, and then put up a 27+ PER in the playoffs last year. Also he would be better served as the #2 option offensively(I realize this isn't ideal from a "top 15 player", but the point being that if he were allowed to be in this role then his play/stats would better reflect how good he really is).

Agree with Assani.

If anything Lavar is underselling Lonzo. He's a strong favorite to be more impactful over his career than Steph (even if he never has a season quite as good as Curry's 2016).
