The Cavs analytics team built a custom NBA Jam cabinet with all the players replaced by members of the Cavs front office, like with individual graphics for each front office member, starts at like 23:00.

Wasn't aware the cavs even had an analytics team. I thought it was just Lebron is a feel player and a gut instinct GM. He's the goat so gets away with it obv.

**** looks like Jokic is out with sickness again, and now Gallo

Washington +1.5 is freeeeee if you can get on it.

Hellhole

Got em at +2 , thanks Dood

Jokic may play
03-08-2017 , 05:14 PM
if he plays he plays
03-08-2017 , 05:15 PM
He was out on 3/6, and is doubtful for today as of 3 hours ago. I seriously doubt he actually plays unless this is a big-time smoke screen. Gallo is also questionable and at shootaround they said they're preparing for a game without him.

**** blows.

And Geoff I hope we both lose our monies.
03-08-2017 , 05:16 PM
Well he was upgraded to questionable
03-08-2017 , 05:42 PM
Not even the best big man of teams starting with D
03-08-2017 , 05:45 PM
Thayer have you checked your favorite Italian's numbers recently? Crushing it as of late
03-08-2017 , 05:49 PM
He is part of 2 of my fantasy teams playoff hopes, I have Plumlee and Jokic() on one of them too

Larry sanders may end up with the cavs after all

"The 22-year-old center is playing with more vigor and determination than he ever before in the NBA.

It’s showing up statistically, too. Through six games, the Blazers have a 99.9 defensive rating when Nurkic is on the floor, a number that would lead all teams this season. The Blazers have had a bottom-four defense this season, so it’s a staggering about-face for Nurkic, one of the laziest big men in basketball, to make such a difference."

Obviously only six games, but this does seem weird. All of a sudden Nurk is disruptive and quick hands on defense, doing stuff like blocking shots and recovering them. So he just decided to start trying?

Meanwhile Jokic is anchoring one of the 10 worst defenses of all time.

lowes luke walton allstars article was great. best parts were the ones about what the heat are doing. spolestra deserves consideration for coach of the year. apparently james johnson is in insane shape now and that organization really prides itself on getting players in elite shape (tho i question the bodyfat % #s quoted in the linked-to article.)
03-08-2017 , 11:08 PM
NBA body fat percentages are 100% fake. It's been discussed here before. They use some ridiculous inaccurate metric.
03-08-2017 , 11:12 PM
clearly. said james johnson was like 235 and 6% bodyfat iirc. and he was trying to get even more shredded. lol. why wouldn't they just buy like a dexa scanner os.

I feel for Anthony Davis for trying to play this game with cancer before sitting out the second half with a wrist boo boo.
03-09-2017 , 12:05 AM
Dar0 pretty sure the Pelicans are trying to lose every game. They have more incentive than. The Lakers at this point.
03-09-2017 , 12:09 AM
Pretty sure that's not why Anthony Davis runs off the court crying every other game.

Well if there's one guy who deserves a ring, it's that guy.

That being said, I am looking forward to seeing what LeBron can get out of him.
