No lower form of human life exists. No words can adequately express it...
lebron destroyed him and it was well deserved. wish it was flawless and had the stuff cited earlier in this thread, but 9/10 anyways

Lebron went ham and not mad at him, but a lot of it was unrelated to Barkley's point. Chuck been firing shots for a long time though
01-31-2017 , 01:50 PM
Chuck is an idiot, labron is a bitch

nothing to see here...

barkley prob also got caught in the projection of some bball angst from bron
01-31-2017 , 02:12 PM
going 3-7 in your last 10 and being the oldest guy on the all star team when your other "big 3" can't scratch .500 with you out has to be worrisome. the alternate reality where the warriors dont blow a 3-1 would have been extremely interesting.

but THERE'S A NEW SHERIFF IN TOWN!

I agreed with Chuck about Lebron's whining but he said it was because Lebron "didn't want to compete", which doesn't make sense. He's also a complete hypocrite in that regard and has been frauding it up for years so Lebron putting him in his place was nice. Granted, Chuck is entertaining but he's really an out of touch bumbling degenerate

Wade seemed disgusted with Barkley as well, said it was about time Bron spoke up.

And Wade and Barkley used to be tight when they filmed those t-mobile commercials together.

I feel few years ago Chuck take didn't really annoying me but now I almost disagree with everything he says.

Someone broke into DFish's house and stole his 5 championship rings. Nice.

Ya hard to be more cringeworthy. Chuck is a pundit paid for his opinions on basketball and gave a professional critique that was 100% correct. He also admits his flaws and pokes fun at himself. He isn't a thin skinned little bitch, generally.

As noted by others--barkley was harshly critical of the warriors and they didn't care because they are above it intellectually and professionally. The warriors response was to hoist a championship and put a ****ing ring on their finger.

If youre a piece of ****, however, a different reaction is expected. If youre a beta, insecure, narcissistic pathetic disgrace--you respond in an overly critical manner and throw in some personal shots to highlight that you're a scumbag.
01-31-2017 , 07:49 PM
his critiques had nothing to do with basketball
01-31-2017 , 08:02 PM
Yes, his critiques did have to do with basketball. He says Lebron is being a whiny bitch complaining that he doesn't have enough help when the Cavs are spending the most in the league again this year. Not to mention that Lebron has handicapped Cleveland's options by signing "his boys." It's a joke.

Lebron was also correct on his take with Barkley. Both of their takes on the other are correct. But at least Barkley is a pretty likeable guy. Can't say the same about Lebron.

no,he said Lebron is not a competitor and that he can't be in the GOAT top 5 because of the decision. That's a critique of Lebron's character, it has nothing to do with basketball. You can certainly say Lebron should take the high road, but that's a different argument.
01-31-2017 , 08:07 PM
The difference is Barkley went after a team for a couple years, he has gone after one person with idiotic statements for over a decade.

Also lol at Lebron handicapping his team because he signed his boys, might want to check out how the cap works.
01-31-2017 , 08:08 PM
Ajax sounds like someone who's been violated by Lebron.

The irony. Oh Lord the irony.

Lebron is still salty about taking less money in Miami only for Riley to take all the bows and be the genius Godfather who got them all for a discount. All the Big 3 were, which is why it went as it did.

Lebron has been all about never taking less money from billionaires after he realized how badly the union got worked in the previous contract. Since then it's all pay me and keep pressure on ownership and got involved with the union leadership. No more we're losing $40 million a year nonsense while team appreciates by a billion and you own adjacent casino which I drive traffic to.

That's why he got particularly pissed here. Barkley is already viewed as Cosby-lite by many black players. Always taking up the position of the white man on business, and general societal issues.

That's why he's really irritated here. Lebron has taken a thousand shots from the media and never responds, but he views this as another example of a mouthpiece for billionaires interjecting himself into a larger conversation, and he's pointing out the hypocrisy of that position considering Barkley was always a rebellious punk when he was in the league before becoming a company man and sell out. Pretty on point imo.

If Lebron was thin-skinned, he'd destroy the easy target mouth breathers like Bayless, but he's trying to make a point to a quasi-equal.

Nice to see an athlete tell Barkley to STFU. D Wade is right when he said something like he thinks he walked on water when he played.

LeBron is annoying though. Atleast this response was straight-forward and to the point rather than his usual passive-aggressive bitchy approach.

All of that re: casino/union/bron contract is true but what is specifically his issue with Gilbert right now? The Cavs have spent as much as they possibly can to have the best roster possible.

What haven't they done?
