KLIKE has been legit awesome.

It's too bad he's not fat and crashing the boards every play anymore, people might be talking about him being the best player in basketball

One of the few teams Korver can be effective on since he can't really get his shot off himself when guarded

does he just stand in the corner?
01-05-2017 , 11:52 PM
Atlanta getting Mo Williams and a heavily protected 1st round pick? Lol. Are they just doing Korver a favor?

Edit: Looks like it's Dunleavy + 1st round pick. (3rd team involved now?)

Not sure where to post this. Some guy was telling me Kobe was better than Lebron. I laughed at him and said Kobe wasn't even in the top 5 of players in his generation. Obviously "generation" is tough to define but all of these players have very lengthy periods of overlap with Kobe's career, and all have some prime years that overlap with Kobe's prime years.

I listed the 5 better than him as

Lebron
Shaq
Duncan
Garnett
Nowitzki

I wanted to add Chris Paul too when I thought about it later.

Even if Korver is totally stationary (which he won't be, but even if) LeBron and Kyrie are huge gravity guys and Korver's going to have more open shots per minute than he's ever had before.

Just an awesome move by the Cavs.

3 point shot takes legs too and lebrons been awesome this year (relatively)
He left the team for 2 weeks to go to Miami for the "recuperative powers of warm weather". He almost certainly will never make the mistake of cutting back on the PEDs ever again.

This is a fine list. We're long past the point of Kobe>LeBron being reasonable. Where we currently stand is if you are someone who thinks Kobe is better than LeBron then you are someone whose opinion on basketball is meaningless. Stop wasting your time, talk Netflix or something. Stranger things was pretty dope. **** he prob thinks the Walking Dead is better.

Korver to Cavs?? Postseason gonna be so fun
01-06-2017 , 12:48 AM
An easy way to see if it's worth discussing basketball with someone is to ask him how many players are better than Larbon.

If the answer is >1, proceed with caution.

Yeah people that think Kobe is >>> LBJ at this point are Kobe stans or like All.B.lackD.an level of delusional Lebron haters. Best to just laugh and make a mental note to write off their opinion on ~everything going forward.

100% it's a big boost on offense
Can he guard a golden state warrior?

I guess he guards iguadala

Kobe is either #1 or not close to the Top 5, there is no middle ground.

GOAT finale though

Yep, most overrated player ever, but I did enjoy watching his skillset, and I watched the final 3 minutes of his career at least 5 times it was one of the most amazing and unlikely things I've ever seen in sports.

This korver trade, just wow, seems a bit cheap but I understand why hawks wouldn't want to sit on the contract if they won't get another chance at a first for him
01-06-2017 , 03:19 AM
I guess the Bulls are playing hardball with Butler, I mean since it's been 2 weeks with him on the open market and no deal.

I would absolutely love him on the Knicks, too bad ****Master gave Melo a no-trade clause.

Can anyone think of a possible deal that sounds plausible?
01-06-2017 , 05:15 AM
Playing with the trade machine.

Bledsoe

for

Nurkic
Mudiay

make sense?
01-06-2017 , 06:14 AM
Kind of hard for the suns to make a good trade, they are stacked with average or young players at every position

that trade seems terrible, they lose their only + PG, Ullis will get playing time that's a good thing, but then How do you play Nurkic with Chandler, Len and Bender, Chriss?

I'd keep Bledsoe, Booker and Bender, and try to find a deal to swap multiple assets for a good one, and not the other way

Considering how far from competing they are, bench depth is totally useless for them, they need a good core of a few good/future good players and find the right pieces to complete it in a year or 2

Can't wait for Millsap trade details.

Korver trade is meh honestly. It sounded like Atlanta just wanted a 1st round pick and called up all contenders and Cavs were first to bite. I honestly don't think it's that great of a trade.

PS: Cavs want a backup PG? We got this guy named Delly...
