A few months ago, Tom Tolbert was talking about being on the floor with Orlando in 92-93 with Jeff Turner, Greg Kite, Steve Kerr and Scott Skiles and wondered if that was the last time there were 5 American-born white guys playing at the same time in NBA history.
ETA: I guess to nit it up, Kerr was born in Lebanon, but whatever...

An offhanded comment by Reggie Miller made me think - who are the high scoring or high usage players in the NBA who take the fewest free throws?

Two of the top three are splash bros. Everybody else is in the same neighborhood, but Thompson/McCollum/Curry are significantly off trend and way higher.
