There is a direct historical correlation between blowing out the bad teams and being good against good teams. This entire "they can't win the big games" strikes me as the same "clutch" nonsense that people like to spew despite a severe lack of evidence.
FWIW last year in the regular season they went 2-2 against the Cavs, 3-1 against the Celtics, and 1-1 against the Lakers. Of those 6 wins, two were by 2 points, one was by 7 points, one way by 5 points, and two were by 6 points.....so why again do you think they can't win close games against good teams?

They have no crunch time scorer
They were the 4th best offense in the league last year, so apparently thats not bothering them much. What do you think changes at the end of games that prevents them from using the same offense that led to them being the 4th best offense in the NBA?

they chuck up too many 3's
they were tied for the 3rd best 3pt shooting team last year, why should they shoot less of them?

When teams go on runs like boston did in the playoffs last year or like the heat did tonight they dont have a guy who can get them a bucket when they really need one.
Ok, but they still have the collection of offensive talent that led to them being the 4th best offense last year. Why can't they just use this same effective offense at these points in time?

I wont be surprised if the Magic have a great regular season as end up as a 1 or two seed but they arent gonna beat an elite team like miami or boston in the playoffs
They've beaten the Celtics and Lebron's Cavs in the playoffs in previous years. Yes KG was out, but so was Jameer and KG isn't an elite player anymore anyway.
