Just pay them per game played. I have lots of stipulations about this but it would make it so much better and it'd be for the fans representing what the players truly are: entertainers who perform for their money

I'm happy they are punishing them for games played by not getting raises but the reality is guys like Kawaii will just negotiate clauses that prevent it.

Instead of 65 games it should be 75 or at min 72. 65 played isn't even showing up 80% of the time. Sad that's a reasonable expectation

How would you handle playing time? Min minutes played? And bench players?

Few takeaways
- He left Tony Parker's team to move to a team that would cater everything around him. His team was expected to finish lower half of the table as young teams don't do well in euro ball but the team much exceeded winning expectations.
- e.g. picked his coach who is known as the "Pop of Europe". Uses his own training staff.
- His people want him sleeping 13 hours a day. Wemby will do for sleep what Tom Brady did for water.
- Spent time in Germany with Dirk's old trainer. Was told to avoid putting on extra weight and they are optimizing him for keeping minimal weight to reduce injury risks.
- His team said the only 2 times he went out at night/partying with the team was after 2 competition victories. I guess needs that sleep! I guess the anti-Ja.
- Moved out of parents house around 14 just outside Paris in dorms/whatever when he started playing for a pro team.
- He reads actual books.
- He likes art and drawing. When visiting US this year for G league games he insisted on going shopping for art supplies for the downtime.
- Skill development way ahead of LeBron at this age which is obvious from a few clips as well. But NBA body is nowhere ready.

I think they both want to avoid 5th, since 5th plays Phoenix while 6th plays Sacramento, but they also want to avoid falling to 7th and having to play the play-in game.
