i'm kinda saying that tying his peaks to his boxscore stats is a bad way to judge his peak, though it's reasonable as it relates to his relatively low minutes totals. i actually very strongly disagree that tony parker's peak was higher*, though it's prob a common perception

edit: * any argument about that is prob just going to be going in circles about mpg vs per minute output

I'd put Manu in the HOF based on his NBA career alone but since it's the basketball HOF he's obv 100%.

He's only 165th all-time in scoring with 14,043 points behind guys like Andre Miller, Juwan Howard, Rudy Gay, Al Jefferson, Glenn Robinson, Jeff Hornacek, Detlef Schrempf, etc. Those were some of the loudest and most impactful 14k points anyone has ever had.

He could've put up ridiculous stats on a different team. It would've been fun (well, not as a Spurs fan) to see him on a different team. He was damn good at his peak. I definitely don't think Parker was ever betting than Manu at any point.

Ginobili's peak is great, he's been multiple time a top 10 player itl between 2004 and 2011. He's just underrated because raw stats doesn't look good on him, but he stacked wins for his team way more than Parker

Ginobili would be on my personnal HOF list, even though I'm hardcore believer that guys like VC, Ray Allen, who totally deserve their spot in the current HOF, shouldn't be in it. To me the bottom of HOF should start at Ginobili/Wade/Barkley level and career

Season when he averaged around 22/5/5 he was better at winning basketball than 30/11/11 Russ

It means he had a ton of big moments during his career, regular season and playoffs, and helped his teams win a hell of a lot more than his box score stats would suggest. He's 66th all-time in win shares and 26th all-time in WS/48.

I remember Manu's peak much more vividly than Parker's not that it means anything. Manu was real fun to watch, I loved to hate him back then.
