I just don't get why his haters are such loyal listeners. I LOVED Bill back in the page 2 days. I used to print out his column and tape it up in the dorm stall in 2001-2. But the guy jumped the shark over a decade ago and i haven't listened or read his stuff since. Why would i want to listen to someone with nothing interesting to say?

I actually don’t mind Simmons when he’s not being an insufferable Boston slappy. Unfortunately that comes out a ton of the time. It’s also different from just being a homer because he takes it from a pseudo intellectual position and goes out of his way to pretend he’s not biased. Too be fair, he gives decent interviews and commands good guests on his show. Solo Simmons or Simmons with a bad guest is just unlistenable.

I just think he's entertaining and actually funny as opposed to say the Dunc'd on guys, whom I like but find about as boring as any two humans I've known.

BS is a raging homer, but he's also pretty self-aware about it which I find endearing.

HOU has two players CP3 and Harden who Curry can't stand in front of and they have Ariza/Clip who are very tall and lengthy.
