Hood has made it clear he doesn't play garbage time, it's beneath him. Lue just knowing his players.

Hood doesn't want to play in garbage time and has been garbage all playoffs long. Can't imagine he plays unless someone gets hurt going forward. He has a career 13.5 PER and 53% TS%; in the playoffs he drops to 4.7 at 44% TS%. Guy is a huge slanker. Hood has some how played 200 minutes this playoffs, likely 200 too many.

Yeah, but maybe it got worse as the season progressed. Covington is a great guy to have he just played like **** against the Celtics. It's annoying when Bill says he is the weak link when he is the perfect role player.

The difference between Brad & Popovich is that Pop would've taken a timeout in the first 1-2 minutes, cursed out the whole team and benched all starters & let them know he ain't playing. Brad can be a bit nonchalant, don't think he would do well coaching the diva superstar talents out there. Brad is young, still learning, definitely not the best coach in the league. #2 at best. Pop would've ensured his guys don't look so terrible.
