This seems like the premature season.

It would not be a 0EV bet, as you would be undervaluing the Raps/would have to assess correctly a non-troll POV

So the hot chic on espn just said ayton is eying an all nba team nomination this year, but I was kinda falling asleep. Did I hear that correctly and shes drunk or was I half asleep? Is that the expectation for him this year or what? I mean paul is going to increase his value and I'm solid on him but cmon....what's his ceiling, like 20 and 12? I guess that could be good enough to get him there but no way hes in top 5 bigs this year right? I know the positions **** everything up regarding those rankings but I figure overall ayton isnt a top 30 player this year . I really hope he is and the suns succeed even though i cant stand paul, that whole clique of him, wade, lebron, Carmelo etc are just huge douches and set a bad example for kids compared to what we had in the 90s. Gambling, cigar smoking, Remy martin drinking, bad asses.

Center is pretty weak, and he probably needs Embroken to break, but 3rd team is there for the TAKING.

I'd like to see it. Hopefully he can turn into a weaker HAKEEM

Feels weird saying this but I truly think the lakers will miss dwight this year, like it could cost them. I think he made up a big difference for Davis being soft down low which is why he refuses to play center and Howard beat up on teams and beat them down while Davis got easy buckets in the 4th while other teams were tired from battling the boards and getting hacked by dwight.

Agreed. McGee was whatever. Dwight seemed pretty important. See how much he frustrated Jokic. Especially for his price.

LeBron shooting free throws like it’s the last 2:00 minutes of a big game.

I was gonna post nba predictions for this year but this harden situation kinda giving me a reason to wait. Still think there’s a decent chance Morey isn’t bluffing and he won’t actually deal Simmons

I also don't think Morey is trading Simmons. He's prolly had his full of iso-centric strippers loving toxic culture.

I watched this and well Quickley looks like a ****ing seasoned vet out there. Knicks get another STEAL late in the draft (25th overall).

Kevin Knox is exuding confidence in BUNDLES! If he can continue even SOME of this going forward then he is going to be a key rotational player!

RJ Barrett is looking more and more comfortable as well. Toppin looks like a GAMER.

Lets Go Knicks!!!

How about this hypothetical trade:

Golden State Warriors Receive: Kevin Love, 2022 1st Round Pick (via MIL)
Cleveland Cavaliers Receive: Andrew Wiggins

Thoughts?

Spoiler:
Pairing up the Steph Stopper with Steph should be exciting in GSW. Especially since they almost traded for KLove years ago, now they get to acquire him now!

I'm a self proclaimed Bron fan / Raps fan / Grizz fan like I said.

Raps shipped last year. Bron shipped this year. In case you haven't figured out no real raps fan is upset about Kawhi and we're all absolutely content. KD is near drawing dead to ship in Brooklyn after breaking the league, and if somehow he does, that's cool too because I'd say it's well earned for dragging Kyrie there. Also Heat, your team I presume, is at that level where they're not good enough to ship with this core but just good enough to give you some false hope before they get bounced each of the next few years which is even better. As a fan of certain players/teams I'm extremely well satiated. The NBA script has been written for me since then and now I truly couldn't care less when the Raps get bounced in round 1/2 this year because the jobs been done. To somehow say those are L's -- umm okay I'll book those all day.

I definitely don't think Brooklyn is ANYWHERE near drawing dead to ship as long as Durant remains healthy. Having a top 5 player is a major thing when you wanna title, plus the Nets are an actual team. Kyrie has also been there and he performed excellently at the highest level. He knows what it takes to win a title and with Durant there's less pressure on him individually.

Don't count out D'Antoni's offensive genius mind either. The dude is a straight up guru.

Wiggins has 3/94 left on his deal. I doubt Cleveland wants him.

without knowing what happened in 2019*, if you were to ask people to come up with the least satisfying way to win a title that's realistic (so not a pandemic title), the top of the list would probably look something like this:

1. you trade the pimple face of your franchise and the only max player to show loyalty and embrace your city for a mercenary with no personality who leaves in free agency after the title. oh and the loyal player has depression and looks depressed all year. oh and random companies give the mercenary sponsorship deals in a desperate act to keep him even though he's been getting tampered with by teams in better locations all year and his uncle/manager is basically a scumbag
2. you make fluky shot that takes weird bounces to win a series thus showing how thin your margin is vs great teams
3. you face a team that suffers multiple devastating injuries and your fans make absolute fools of themselves by cheering for them

raptors are 3 of 3. when you look at the titles of the 2010s theirs sticks out like a sore thumb

I appreciate to what extent you go out of your way to troll the Raps Too bad your posts lack and substance, but some parts remain humorous, so I will give you that

1- We are in the 2020s bro, being a pioneer (in sports) on speaking on mental illness is not only brave, but progressive af
Spoiler:
as much as you go out of your way rationally to troll a team north of the border, I do not think that you find yourself on the conservative side of the spectrum politically... But I might be wrong

2- Familiar with variance much bro!?!
Spoiler:
although, with your perspectives like this one lacking insight, I doubt you are very good poker player, tbh

3- Again variance and will not get into the injury (non) debacle event, as you refuse to listen to the other side.

Ooofff, unlike yourself, will not be going out of my way to debunk your every (one-sided) statements henceforth

best title arguments for 2010s. one of these things is not like the other

you could argue it was loyal dirk playing the foil and finally getting over the top vs the hated heat. or lebron getting crowned vs the star studded thunder. but the next series was even better and had the goat shot. then again the spurs got their revenge with the beautiful game next year. and the warriors took that to the next level the year after. and while they built a juggernaut 73-9 team, lebron and kyrie heroically took them out to bring cleveland their first title in 50 years. but the warriors countered for 2 years with perhaps the greatest talent ever accumulated in a starting 5.

and then the raptors won in an injury riddled finals where 2 players might never be the same again and the finals MVP snap bailed on the team cuz it's in canada.

Taking down a dynasty (and perhaps the best team of all time...) can be polarizing and divisive af when you find yourself on the wrong side of the (diametrical) equation : come to this side bro
