Nah Lowry's been consistently better imo. Neither has gargantuan bulk stats, but both are regularly some of the best +- guys and quite valuable, KyLo moreso.
I'm not a huge proponent of single-year RPM, but the multi-year stuff is imo the best catch-all stat out there, and here are their league-wide ranks since inception.
Lowry - 21,26,7,10,9,17
Conley - 14,70,31,16, Hurt,31
Lowry has 3 seasons in the top ten and only two out of the top 20. Conley has zero in the top ten and 4 out of the top 20. And he's fun as hell to watch imo.
