Yeah the guy who should be insulted there is Randle, who is better than Kanter.

But yeah he's definitely correct. Zion is an undersized very strong power forward with good skills and a high motor and elite athleticism. Like Super Kenneth Faried, or Randle with hops, or whatever comparison you want to make. He's describing a multiple-time All Star by saying he's Randle with hops, a completely worthy #1 pick.

Lol yeah, usually whenever people say player X is Player Y with _____, it's like umm, that sounds like a sick player that you are really underrating then.

People don't realize if you added an elite attribute to most good players in the league they would then be all stars.

Horford, Rozier, Morris, Baynes all gone as well though

Be interesting to see how they round out the team.

I would've preferred Russell tbh, 6 years younger, cheaper and fits Brown/Tatum timeline better. Kemba will be 30 in next year playoffs and PG's like him don't tend to age well.

Better shooter, defender, teammate than Kyrie tho so definitely think he should fit Stevens system a lot better.

Need a big with the room exemption, 4.7mill. I believe that is all the cap they have. Maybe can squeeze a Dedmon/Kanter.

That's a good point about the cap. Use it while you can, assuming Brown/Tatum are worth big extensions. Even if they aren't, not like the 20-21 free agents are coming to Boston.

Maybe there's some move for a big they can still make, an Adams trade or whatever.

Clips. They are very confident Kawhi is coming, so have essentially offered it, but have to be listed as a stealth team at first since they will keep the powder dry if Kawhi returns to the Raptors*

Do they have the MLE? I thought all they could spend was around 4.5M, and if that's the case whomever they went after would have to be into taking less money (doubtful), or more years (better, but still probably not enough).

I was thinking about it, and I'm wondering if their stealth suitor is a team with a center on a big expiring, allowing them to perform some type of S&T. My first though was SAS for LMA, but then LMA is on a 2 year deal... Still could work though as Boston is going to be capped out next year.
