Paul George won't go to Houston. Houston can't win a bidding war for him since they have nothing to trade and Indy will just do what's best.

Melo prob going to Houston though

I wish he would have gone to the Spurs because I think that would have been a better fit and they could have challenged the Warriors.

Chris Paul is easily a top 7 player for next season.

Paul isn't better than Harden but he's just below. #6-8 range for next season imo, and still a super elite defender.

The question is more of how his game will age. He is criminally underrated and still very very good, it's just a matter of when/how badly he declines

He's (Paul) slightly better in WS/48 and comfortably ahead in RPM. Harden's better in basically everything else, at least last season.

Harden also had better stats than Curry and Lebron

I just think Paul and Harden on the same team will burn out the refs. There's just so much getting fooled they'll put up with.

Also makes for an excellent least favorite team for me as i hate both players.

Melo on the Cavs would be so fun, and would work out a lot better than most think.

Well done guys.

Dolan looking to hire Masai Ujiri to be KNACKS president.

Melo Harden CP3 on same team would be hilarious, and everyone will be SHOCKED when they get eliminated in the same round as last year.

There is only one man for the Knicks GM job and it's a damn shame he'll never get it

pretty sure this is tut admitting lebron is good at basketball.

could be wrong. probably am, actually. I'm struggling to type so it's likely my mental capacity to comprehend such intricate, pressing issues is also a bit muted.

but that looks like he's saying lebron james is at least in the conversation of being as good as the best players in the NBA.

Give the keys to HINKIE, Dolan.

LeBron is 5th on that list fwiw. He's definitely a lot better than CP3 both now and histrorically though.

TORONTO — The Toronto Raptors have promoted Bobby Webster to general manager following the departure of Jeff Weltman to the Magic last month.

Webster moves into the job after working as the team's vice-president of basketball strategy since 2016. He joined the front office in 2013, helping construct the roster that won three straight division titles.

The club also announced Wednesday that Keith Boyarsky will be bumped up to vice-president of basketball strategy and research while Dan Tolzman moves up to assistant general manager and VP of player personnel.

Tolzman has served the past two seasons as GM and director of player personnel for the club's D League affiliate Raptors 905.

Boyarsky joined the Raptors as an analytics consultant during the 2009-10 season.

"We are excited to promote Bobby, Dan and Keith for their hard work and important contributions to our program," Raptors president Masai Ujiri said in a statement. "They have been invaluable across many aspects of the franchise, making decisions on our salary management, key input on scouting, analytics, strategy, player personnel and team building that has helped us develop a winning culture throughout our organization."

Weltman left his job as Raptors GM in late May to become the Magic's president of basketball operations.

According to The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski, the New York Knicks, who parted ways with president of basketball operations Phil Jackson earlier Wednesday, are targeting Ujiri to replace him.
and maybe more promotions and responsibility if Masai leaves?
