Hill is probably gone, but jazz still have some semi-valuable assets like Favors/Burks that can be moved to avoid a Exum-led offense. I don't think the asking price for a Rubio or Bledsoe will be high this summer after the big FA movements. And a decent PG + Rudy GOAT + a roster full of positive role players is enough to be at least at Blazers level
