Sounds more and more like Staps getting traded to the Suns.

Booker is off the table unless something changed this more so what's the deal?

#4 + Warren + Bledsoe or something?

if Staps gets traded I hope there are riots in the streets. lol phil

Seems embiid should never play more than twice in a week. I've heard LeBron and others say it's the number of games not MPG that causes progressive fatigue and injury risk. Pop is prob only coach itl to try something like this.

I know it's not a perfect example b/c the substitution rules are so different, but some of these guys need to be on soccer programs ..... where they're monitored game to game and teams strategically pick a few games a year to sit their star players.

Spurs are also "looking to trade" Danny Green; they're looking to trade almost anyone at any time if it's prudent. Probably not Parker because it feels too wrong.

Thats a steal for the suns if thats all it takes. Someone in the draft thread said Bledsoe+Chriss+4 is a rumor. Which is also a steal for the suns.

Trading Booker +4 is to much for him though.

The celtics need to get up on that with all there ammo.

Lol Phil. Always and forever.

All kinds of random speculation & rumors going on right now:

* Sixers trying to trade 36 & 39 for a pick in the 20s.
* Knicks trying to trade 44 & 58 for a pick in the 30s.
* Suns would only draft Fox 4 if they have a trade lined up for Bledsoe.
* Butler/George to Cavs is dead because no one is that interested in Love.
* The Knicks apparently believe Staps would be the 1st pick in this year or last years draft so they say they are valuing him as such in any trade talks.
* The Blazers are trying to trade multiple picks to move up to get #7 from the Wolves to draft Zach Collins.
* Blazers want to build around CJ McCollum, Damian Lillard and Jusuf Nurkic, willing to trade others, but not them.
* Lots of teams interested in trading up to get a top 4 pick to take Josh Jackson.
* Kings apparently very interested in trading for Drummond, & there are Drummond/DAJ trade rumors out there.
* PG probably not getting traded for another month or so - offers not good enough.
* Kanter might get traded today, but I have no clue what for.
* Chauncey probably going to accept Cavs GM job today or tomorrow.

Yeah something like this plus chriss or bender, and another future pick.

LMAids is almost 32 and if the Spurs manage to get a lottery pick for him I'd be ****ing thrilled.

OTOH I'd really hate to see Green go, but I would understand it. Kawhi is the only player on the roster who really matters (maybe Murray also). All the Spurs are concerned with is building a contender for 2018-19 and Danny Green is already 30. He's pretty much a lock to continue declining and might not even be a positive player in a couple years. I would hate not being able to watch his GOAT fastbreak defense on a nightly basis tho; easily my favorite basketball-related thing to watch.

A 50 mile run of 12 hours (spread over 2 days) over the streets of San Francisco as a tribute to the Golden State Warriors...this week crowned NBA 2017 Champions.

I hope someone hacks the route and changes it to WARRIORS BLEW 3-1 LEAD
06-22-2017 , 01:24 PM
A very Knicks thing would be to trade KP for 4th then trade 8th to Spurs for Lamarcus

If that happens pop obviously pick Frank, to keep the Point guard position french

I'm not sure if the Celtics have the pieces that Phil Jackson wants. I think Jackson wants a good draft pick, a player on a rookie scale contract with starter potential, another starter, and a willingness to accept Noah's contract (not a deal-breaker).

I don't think the Knicks want Marcus Smart and maybe the Celtics love Jaylen Brown too much.

If I were Ainge, I would offer #3, Jae Crowder, and Terry Rozier for Porzingis and #8, plus the Celtics 2018 (and 2019?) to be used to get another team to take on Noah's contract, but I think the Celtics would really need to offer #3 and Crowder and use picks to bring in a third team that will give up a young player that Jackson likes.

It's not a Warriors fan, it's some guy from the U.K. Pretty crazy story though as he's trying to run 20k miles in 3 years.

Sixers deal either Fultz or Simmons + something else for Staps. By some miracle he and Embiid stay healthy and they wreck the dubs with the new twin towers.
06-22-2017 , 02:27 PM
Knicks deal Staps for garbage, I try to kill myself by throwing myself into a nuclear reactor. By some miracle I survive, gain superhuman basketball abilities and join the Knicks, they somehow still suck anyways because lol Knicks.

Got a feeling Boston gonna move Crowder or Brown for 7th pick

06-22-2017 , 04:45 PM
I can't imagine Jae Crowder really being the holdout in a deal that big

The reports are that the picks are the holdup, they seemingly would offer crowder+ brown with either #3 or next year brookyln pick but not both picks.
06-22-2017 , 04:49 PM
That brooklyn pick has to be > jae as an asset.
