76ers & tis not even close, atleast in terms of raw talent, health issues could make them really bad & embid could be one more surgery away from being out the league like a Bynum.

Obviously Philly has the highest ceiling but like TuT said still a high floor, I think it's them for sure.

The Process was so good that even foibles with execution has yielded a ton of assets and excitement.

Even more important then not winning on no talent college teams is the fact Fultz got cut from varsity basketball as a sophomore. You know who else was cut from varsity basketball as a sophomore? MJ. Getting cut from the varsity team as a sophomore is where strength and future success is built.

If he went to North Carolina like MJ he would of been doing the same.

Its not like if you add a player like Fultz to the Dukes, NC's, or UKs of the world they suddenly become losing teams because hes such a born loser who drags down teams.
