Dwight to Bobcats per Stein?
06-20-2017 , 09:04 PM
NBA is the greatest
06-20-2017 , 09:05 PM
best offseason since LeBron and Bosh joined the NWO.

Anyone going to summer league this year? someone from 2p2 needs to chirp LaVar
06-20-2017 , 09:06 PM
Giving up DAR without another deal in place is bad. There was no urgency to sell low.
06-20-2017 , 09:07 PM
Wasn't Stein fired? He's the goat
06-20-2017 , 09:08 PM
DWIGHT
06-20-2017 , 09:11 PM
Sorry I meant Spears. He actually tweeted it out before Woj but forgot they are no longer the Bobcats.

Dwight feels like a nice fit for Cha

Gotta be a gut-punch to him to realize you are worth less than two scrubs on the trade market.

Suns rumors is straight up trading for Love have already floated around.

Something like

Cavs in: Butler
Suns in: Love
Bulls in: 4th pick

I feel like Suns lose though, they'd probably have to get some future pick(s), but yeah. Very real chance this is in the works.

Also telling that PG13 isn't the target. Likely he's telling teams no matter what he's going to LA so really only Clippers could take a chance to snatch him this year. Or he will just be traded at the deadline for the best offer.
I don't see why the Suns wouldn't just cut out the Cavs here.

The Mozgov contract might have been the worst of all time but it also might be the 2nd worst of all time after another contract the same team signed in the same offseason. Incredible.

I'm trying to wrap my head around what's in it for Atlanta under those terms.

Can't believe we're not killing the Lakers for this DAR trade. Seems terrible imo.

The deep, deep, deep tank? Plumlee's contract sucks right? Seems to make zero sense.

I seem to be the only person in Atlanta, or maybe the only casual NBA fan, who thinks that Dwight wasn't the problem, and actually solved a glaring need, which is rebounding.

I really don't get the upside of this deal for the Hawks.
06-20-2017 , 09:21 PM
So I guess the Hawks are blowing it up, and rebuilding around the mercurial Dennis, who's more interested in buying nightclubs so his family can find work in America than becoming a top player.

Our 10-year playoff streak is definitely in jeopardy

TAUREAN PRINCE is AWESOME tho, so there's that

Prob got word from Milsap he's gonna bounce so now it's tank time.
06-20-2017 , 09:22 PM
yeah Dwight had a solid year as a defender/rebounder even though he is on the decline.

I just think Cha isn't signing any FA's anytime soon and he is worth the gamble. Got him for free basically. Plumlee sucks
06-20-2017 , 09:23 PM
If they are doing it to tank why not just release him? They gave up 10 spots in the draft to give him away and take on a bad contract. There must be more to it than that.
06-20-2017 , 09:23 PM
I really don't understand why Atlanta had to move down from 31 to 41. wtf is that?
06-20-2017 , 09:31 PM
Also, i think Sean Marks looks like a good GM. Super great trade for them after a super good job of crippling Portland last year.
