If you are a GM and you could have the number 1 pick in a draft of all current NBA players available at their current ages and a 20 year old Shaq is there any way somebody other than Shaq is selected?
The game has changed so much but Shaq was so ridiculously good. Would his presence alone be enough to force all other teams to reformat their entire teams and style of play?

You don't PnR Shaq, you feed him the ball in the post. This part of the game has died because it's not a very efficient shot so teams have turned away from using it. If you have a guy that is capable of making it a super efficient shot then you do it, and if other teams can't adjust to it because everyone else stopped doing it then you do it more.
Problem is to be a good post scorer you need to be incredibly efficient as a post scorer and you need to be able to pass well so you can't be double teamed in the post. Shaq was great at both
