All of their key pieces are at great points in their aging curve. I posted some CJ age/stats from the other day:

age 25: 19.9 PER, 58.5% TS, 7.6 WS
And Lillard looks very similar:
age 22: 16.4 PER, 54.6% TS, 5.8 WS
age 23: 18.6 PER, 56.8% TS, 9.6 WS
age 24: 20.7 PER, 56.0% TS, 10.6 WS
age 25: 22.2 PER, 56.0% TS, 9.2 WS
age 26: 24.1 PER, 58.6% TS, 10.4 WS
Their other 3 starters will turn 23, 24, and 27 this season. The oldest player on the roster will only be 29 this season(Evan Turner), so its conceivable that everyone on their team improves. They seem to be well coached and have solid chemistry/work ethic.
