He said if his name was Jason Kaponovich he would get paid or drafted higher, forget which. This was during the peak euro hype Darko era when Chad Ford was talking about every 7 ft euro like they were going to change the game.

Houston uses its last exception on... Tarik Black..

A guy I praised earlier in summer league, Abdel Nader, signed with Boston. 4 for 6MM.

Nwaba is a decent claim for Chicago.

Im surprised Toronto just dropped Hamilton. He could have been a change of pace, stretch big. But they do have 14 roster spots filled with undrafted kennedy meeks unsigned. I dont know who this McKinnie kid is, but they gave him multi-years

I'm surprised no one gave Ilyasova a serious look. only 1 year, 6 MM to come back to Atlanta. he has been really good

Both are 19, born a month apart.

Feel like Ingram is a snap call, idk.
What?

In a world where Ingram's rookie year is already known?

NBA scout: Smith Jr. reminds me of Steve Francis and Baron Davis.

Could live with it.

simmons wasn't even that good in the playoffs, though he was ok, and he was kinda bad in the reg season

is there any more polarizing reality than lonzo ball's fate? based on common opinion its like 40% **** 10% good 40% elite

Some guy on the Rockets subreddit was in the suite next to CP3 at an Astros game, posted proof. Apparently he heard him talking about Melo. Guy is so excited for his time in the limelight #RUMORS

You either really hate LaVar Ball or you're trolling, right?

Well we're gonna find out just how good he is now, how much have you actually seen him play? I brought up danny green cuz he was obviously getting more tick than simmons. Now they bring in gay whos put up numbers but only played in 1 postseason in 11 years and is coming off a serious injury and hes missed significant time in multiple seasons in the past. There were rumors they were trying to trade green earlier this offseason but its obvious nobody wanted him. Out of those 3 guys simmons was the 1 they needed to have on their roster. Simmons in my opinion is a better defender than green and they need somebody to play D other than kawhi out there cuz they get no D from the point guard spot and none from their bigs now that dedmon is also gone cuz aldridge and gasol sure as hell dont put much effort in on that end of the floor

otto porter was bad in summer league his rookie year but he was also bad in winter league
07-15-2017 , 06:58 AM
Lonzo averaging like 22/12/11 or something and people comparing to Otto Porters bad SL . Amazing how low the haters will stoop .
07-15-2017 , 09:45 AM
Amazing how much stock self proclaimed basketball geniuses like yourself put into summer league numbers
07-15-2017 , 09:48 AM
Huh? I was saying the same stuff before SL. SL hasn't changed anything. It's the haters who are making it seem like his SL play has been awful and it's laughable.

Summer league means approximately nothing one way or the other. But if someone is arguing he's been bad I these games they are wrong.

brooklyn is gona stomp them.

Thought this was a fun read. They redrafted after some summer league games. Biggest risers were DSJ who they put at 3 and Mitchell at 5 obv.

As far as draft stuff theirs some talk that Marvin Bagley the top recruit and predicted top pick of 2019 draft could reclassify to this years class. He would be in line for the top pick with Porter(draft expresses current top pick) and Luka Doncic(draft express 2 pick) also up there in that discussion. If he does we may be looking at another sick draft class at the top end.

The next truely great nba prospect though is going to be from Canada. R.J. Barrett. His God father is Steve Nash. Hes a 6'6 pg with a 6'10 wingspan and just owned the USA in the under 19 worlds for Americas first loss in international comp in six years. This is the kid you want your team to start tanking for right now. I'm guessing when hes done growing he turns out being a 2 or 3 with handles. The nets, pistons, and knicks will all be in line for his services when the time comes.

I read that they want to play Jrue and Rondo on the court at the same time!
