If you sign him to a 4year contract next year from 29-33 you're going to get good years from him barring injuries.
Has there ever been a decent NBA player in his age 33 season <6' ?

Everyone is making a big deal out of this Hayward signing. If Lebron leaves the Cavs, who has the best roster in the East? Doesn't Milwaukee seem like the team that will probably be better than the Celtics.

Knicks meeting with Griffin. Would have been nice before giving TH 71 million.

Fox looked good and of all those named is the only one who at least moves like a legit franchise athlete - except that he's with the Kings, so he will fail anyway. Markannen does nothing, at all, except shoot maybe.

This draft is terrible and none of these guys are what they're supposed to be.
Agree. It's been largely a slow-twitch muscle fiber class of kids from what I've seen. They haven't looked athletic or explosive playing on a court full of d-leaguers and scrubs. You expect unpolished raw players in summer league, but these guys are slow of foot and to the ball. Even missing shots and playing dumb, real prospects jump off he screen on an athletic level. Not these guys. The draft hype was nonsense, at least at the top.

They're kids

Don't see how tatum finds a way to efficiency in the actual NBA with these kind of shots. May work against summer league opposition but good luck trying to post up and fade away vs NBA size small forwards

I know he had a bad first game(let's not panic) better 2nd game. But let's be real he's going to be sweet. Will be loved like Laker greats of the past... Kobe, Shaq, Magic, Kareem.

Please don't bring Lebron to Lakers than Lebron would get all the credit. Let's keep the Lakers a pure young team with fresh young stars. I'm ok to add Paul George next year though!

I think he wins rookie of the year.

Then his little bro Lamelo will come into the league and be the closest thing to Steph Curry/greatest shooter of all time. Dad will be like venus and serena's dad was. Crazy at first than crazy like a fox.

DSG,Isaac,Fox, Jackson, and Mitchell look pretty athletic to me. Fultz,Ball,Lauri, and Tatum arent the jump out the gym athletic types but they have skills or length that make up for that. Still havent seen Frank and Monk(college only) play but they should both be good athletes as well.

This class is just deep with talent. It is missing the Towns or Davis automatic franchise guy at the top is all.

Some random guys summer league stats as rookies-

melo- 20.0 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.3 assists
lbj-15.8 points, 7.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists on 36.9 percent shooting
D.Wade 13.4 points, 6.4 rebounds and 4.6 assists
Harden-14.5 points, 3.3 assists and 3.0 rebounds on 47.6 percent
Curry-17.4 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists on 32.5 percent
JAYSON TATUM-20.8 PTS 10REB

Tatum is gonna be a ballstopper/chucker the likes of which we've never seen. He'll score enough to be good but flawed. He's really the next Melo.

Tatum's favorite player is KEBO.

Straight up winner right there.

Taking anything away from a couple of summer league games leads to stuff like this:

Hi Lavar! I'm impressed at how you've managed to tone your usual style down, but the content is just as much nonsense as usual.

Serena would kick Lonzo's ass.

Fortunately for the Sonics team, Durant had to leave after this one game for his try-out with Team USA. With Durant out of the line-up the Sonics managed to win their next two games.
Yeah this is pretty great.

"And I find it odd that more people in the media failed to pick up on this story."

7/21 for 29 points in a SL game is indeed sound the alarms type serious. He missed 14 shots!

Nets doing exactly what the Knicks should have been doing, instead of offering Tim Hardaway Jr $71m over four years WITH a player option and WITH a 15% trade kicker
07-09-2017 , 01:25 PM
Over/under on tatums minutes per game as rookie
07-09-2017 , 01:28 PM
26.3
