Exum averages 3.7 assists Per 36 as well; the guy just isn't that good and doesn't do anything particularly well at this point. His 3 point rate/free throw rate improved at least but he barely looks like an NBA player which is really disappointing for a #5 pick.

Wes Matthews tore his Achilles age 28 and went from 16.1 PER .147 WS/48 to 10.9 PER .067 WS/48.
Rudy Gay tore his age 30 and is more reliant on athleticism, probably gonna be bad now.

Olynk contract seems bad, rudy gay signing seems decent, plus they may be able to flip the 2nd year for an asset

Can he even workout for SA? He must still be on the shelf.

Normally I'd agree with all of that but must be a method to their madness.

Wes went from decent team to worse team and Rudy going from trash team to great team, so that might help and be a factor here.

But it's certainly a major injury. I don't expect Rudy to have a huge role though.

yep these are my thoughts as well. None of the rebounds though.

I like Gay for them if it means less of the two-big lineups

Apparently the Knicks, Rockets & Blazers are discussing a 3-team trade involving Melo, RAnderson, Harkless & Leonard.

A year ago, i think 12.5 for olynyk would seem about right. heading into his prime

it seems pretty tradable. it might be bad based on the opportunity cost of tying up space

Also apparently there are some rumors that the Celtics/Jazz trade might expand to include Favors or Hood or Exum.

& Terry Rozier tweeted basically that he's gone.

Heat trading McBob + a 2nd to Mavs for AJ Hammons to clear room for KO.

How was mcbob last year?. I remember being impressed by him a few years ago before he had a major injury.
07-06-2017 , 10:43 PM
Favors would be a great addition

Yeah hes been crapping on Tobias Tatum pretty hard.

Kennard has looked good for the pistons but Mitchell has some big upside. Wish they took him.

Summer league- where lots of guys look like studs but some will end up terrible.

Yeah Stanley Johnson says hi. Thought we had a big time player when i seen him in summer league. I still like to watch the rookies to see what they look like.

I still dont see how Mitchell isnt going to be at least a pretty good player. He can shoot the ball and hes playing good D with that nice wing span. Good wing spans, big hands, with shooting ability=balling.

Clips were a good team even with Griffin out because of Paul. He's going to miss like a month right? I expect them to look considerably worse than they would have with just Paul. In particular DAJ is prob going to be a lot less dangerous on offense

Is their interim GM Tim Hardaway Sr.?

The Houston Rockets are working to flip their $10M in non-guaranteed contracts for players or assets, league sources tell ESPN.

Seems really smart since teams want to shed salary - but won't the receiving team need the roster space to take on this many players prior to waiving?

If they can waive prior to actually being rostered, lots of interest should be around.
You're allowed to have up to 20 guys under contract in the offseason so as long as you cut the non-guaranteed guys pretty much every team can absorb that.
