process of elimination: magic won the trade

If Cavs don't take Noel, gonna be a bad day for a couple Gilberts

ROX gonna get HGH

I'm pumped

Man if Iggy bolts that would just suck. Kroenke said he's "almost 100%", but hearing that from the owner scares the sh*t out of me.

They are claiming Dallas is the favorite. I'm really not sure why. Other than Dirk, they have very little although I'm a fan of Wright. I guess they have Mayo as well but he sucks. I find it shocking that Dwight wants to have his own team. While he did have some success, wouldn't it make more success to play with another superstar like Harden in his prime? I don't even care for Houston especially since they are in the same division as Dallas and my Grizz, but other than owner, Cuban, I think Houston should have a big edge with respect to roster.

if i were hgh i'd 100% sign with dallas. winning isn't a priority and i'd really hope that i'd get to be bros with cuban and people would finally like me since i hang around such an awesome guy so much.

I'm really surprised he doesn't at least think about San Antonio. Parker is still youngish, dat Kiwi, and Popp. Plus just being around those guys has to wash some of the WIL off him imo.

Do the Spurs have that kind of cap space?
06-27-2013 , 12:02 PM
Not a chance
06-27-2013 , 12:11 PM
lol pop would murder hgh

ATL is the best option

CP3/Dwight/Horford/Lou Williams

according to broussard , hgh doesnt like fast paced offenses and would rather have an offense like the one w/ the magic where he was the main focus surrounded by shooters .also after next year the mavs will have a ton of cap room to get better

^^^ spurs have 22mill in cap space

d12 should 100% go there.... been saying this for too long now, 3 point shooters all around, it would just be perfect fit & he'd be ready to win a title right off getting signed

houston not winning anything with d12 or not!!!..... neither is dallas

both houston & dallas would have to be 100% sure to get cp3 as well to have a chance at winning & even then the role players around them is thin

d12 to spurs makes the most sense, yall can talk about pop killing d12 all you want but spurs front office should be jumping all over this

Haven't said this for a while, but D12's best option for long term ring equity might be Denver. They can give LA a lot of what they want and still field a contending team, and they aren't gonna be as old as the Spurs in a couple years.

Hey Sherer would you do this?

Denver gets :

Dwight Howard/Steve Nash

LA gets :

Andre Miller / Jordan Hamilton / NYK 2014 1st and 2016 1st / POR future draft pick

POR gets :

Javale McGee / Wilson Chandler / Ant Randolph

LA gets out of Nash's contract and takes back a similar player who adds to their Wiggs equity + Jordan Hamilton who's cheap and may end up being ok. Plus they get 3 draft picks, none of which are coming from Denver who'll be elite w/d12. They clear the books in 2014, and accelerate the rebuild.

Denver would have a lineup of:

Ty/Nash
Iggy/Fournier
Gallo/Korver (he signs in my scenario )
Faried / Gallo
Dwight / Kosta

Multiple Rangs, parades in Denver that don't threaten the lives of their stars.. Gallo/Lawson have PERs above 35, etc.

gotta admire that dedication

atlanta could actually happen though

Based on this news I'm bumping up odds of cp3/d12 to ATL back to 5%...it had dropped from 5 to 2 after doc rivers

Why would Portland do this???
06-27-2013 , 01:02 PM
why wuld the lakers do that?
06-27-2013 , 01:08 PM
I would do it if I were the nuggets
06-27-2013 , 01:09 PM
Lebron called his Game 7 shot a MJ moment

what a dweeb, it's not a "MJ moment" if you have to call it one bro
06-27-2013 , 01:12 PM
what lakers should do is amnesty mwp & trade nash for shawn marion

clearly have to keep gasol considering there's no trade value for him now & resign earl clarke & start him at the 4

meeks
kobe
marion
clarke
gasol

in 2014-2015 the cap space will be huge as marion, kobe + gasol contracts would be up & they decide where to got from there

if dwight leaves i see that being a good scenario for them, dont see lakers competing for anything with all the bad contracts they have etc
06-27-2013 , 01:14 PM
Yay, very excited about this news! Would be sick to see Dallas contending for a title again next year with Dirk and Dwight. They really would play off each other great, as Dirk's pretty much the ultimate stretch 4 to go with Dwight's inside presence. If they could pick up a PG to run the show, and maybe like one more good shooter, they'd be right there.
