He's not meeting with them though. My guess is he'll wind up in Aspen, or the Mulholland Dr of Colorado.

Victoria is a major b*tch

Derozan is obviously a positive asset and likely has reasonably high trade value. After all these teams strike out on their near max deals for iggy, smoove, reke, etc they will kill to get a young scorer for only 30/3.
07-03-2013 , 11:47 AM
Also, without knowing what subsequent deals are possible and the overall plan, it seems suboptimal to straight dump Gay for expirings.
07-03-2013 , 12:00 PM
Increasingly likely Smith stays with the Knicks (sigh).

Some talk that Raptors may trade Rudy Gay.

K-mart and C-Buddinger contracts for Twolves both seem OK. Or at minimum, they don't seem to have overpaid much and both will be moveable if it doesn't work well. They are possibly taking a slightly rosy view on Buddinger but there is still decent upside and Adelman really wants hm for familiarity with his system. Losing him trying to squeeze an extra few million is a very unattractive prospect. Unexciting, but so many injuries lst year really limited the Wolves and they seem committed to seeing how they look again this year healthier.

i think these are all overstatements. the clippers were already reported to be more interested in proven negative asset bargnani than derozan. likely that they can find somebody who values him as a neutral asset worth gambling on w/o sending out positive value but i think that's the peak

Lollll that's straight nuts. Sortbyclipperrumorsbecometradevalueexpert.

Timmy, Gr33n, Parker and Ginobili's contracts all expire at the end of 2014-15.

Confirmed: Labron to the Spurs

i would love to see how much spurs overpaying for manu, dude needs to retire!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it looks like spurs not gonna sign any good free agents this summer though, 9mill for splitter + prob overpay for manu as well ehh
07-03-2013 , 12:13 PM
It's like this thread isn't aware of how big the cap is. 9M for Tiago is a good contract.

With knowing it, it's suboptimal. And by suboptimal I mean franchise destroying. Rudy is making a big comeback.
07-03-2013 , 12:18 PM
the cap is 58.3 million. there are 15 players to a roster. 12 of which will suit up for every game. the shot clock is 24 seconds. the ball is round.

meh, it's just one data point but it's also pretty much the only derozan rumor thus far. given his lolness and redundancy with rudy, i'd think we'd be hearing his name more if people valued him as a positive. we'll see how it all shakes out but i suspect there's a ceiling to how hard masai can rape a DD deal.

Just saw +290 on Cavs making playoffs. O/u 32 wins
07-03-2013 , 12:22 PM
wait you're already seeing win total o/u's? where?

also can you be a pal and shop and net win total bets through TZ before going through a book and paying juice?
07-03-2013 , 12:24 PM
What's the wolves? I want to lol at Bobbo.
07-03-2013 , 12:26 PM

what do you think the win total for the 8 seed is? Teams seem willing to tank from the getgo so I can see the cavs not beating this over by much and still making the playoffs

http://sports.williamhill.com/bet/en...ip-Winner.html

10/1 on spurs seems to be the better/less worse value i can see here, probably taking spurs vs bulls to win it all vs friend, thoughts?

^^^ they had enough $ to sign d12, point blank period & they didn't go after him

dont know why d12 wouldnt go there & just str8 up win now

with manu + splitter signings i feel like they wont get ak47 or anybody else they felt would help them... manu betting be getting no more than 3mill, the guy has been not productive the last 2years come on now
07-03-2013 , 12:32 PM
Howard doesn't want to go there, it doesn't matter how much $ they have

Edit: Manu's a shell of himself, but that's crazy
