is Lebron willing to rest if Durant is MVP'ing, in theory its the right thing to do but i doubt Lebron's ego will let himself rest if Durant is crushing and playing every day.

a guy who doesn't eat carbs or sugar or anything that isn't green for 5 months to lose 25lbs to gain a competitive edge while simultaneously watching his hairline become a meme...maybe that guy CAN recognize the value of resting his back and knees.

Depends on if you have a family/kids. $80k for a single dude in nyc without kids doesn't make him poor. Far from it.

It's like copying Jesus, easier said than done. Most of what he does comes from his unique personality.

It's not close to a good salary though

One reason to take the relatively low-paying analytics job is if your dream is to run a NBA franchise and you think you have a better shot using your skills to work up to the GM job instead of amassing enough money to buy your own franchise.

Agreed. Could pave the way to much bigger things. To me it's a no brainer, but wtf do I know eh?

Well this is completely meaningless without context but I'm not sure if you're very in touch with what the average American makes/year.

Plus, The Thunder have peaked already. Cavs will win the East with ease, Thunder probably won't win the West, so it's close to over at that point.

I just saw something about how Evan Turner is the front-runner to replace Rondo at PG while he's hurt. What.

awesome <3 sabonis!

Sirosis, you watch any of that blazers training camp on nbatv? Was watching it during commercials of the baseball game last night. Pretty good, close up, stuff. Good interviews with LMA and DAME too.

No I missed it. I did hear my man Wes just had some sort of irregular heartbeat scare the other day but he's alright. Can't have Wes having a bad ticker.

quick notes from suns scrimmage:

Isaiah Thomas is really really good. Bledsoe looked great. Dragic average. Kieff was on fire and player of the game easily. Green and Archie solid. Len meh.
