If the Heat get up 3-0, should they rest Wade and James in game 4 to give Bosh more time to recover?

Yes, if OKC hasn't won a game (it'll delay the finals, giving Bosh more rest). No, if OKC win a game or two (may as well play for the win and get the whole team rest).

Game 1 of the Finals is always pre-set regardless of how long the conference finals last... I think it starts on June 12 this year

This isn't quite right. Finals start on June 12th unless both series are done in 4 or 5 in which case they start on the 10th. Not a huge difference either way though, and since the ECF would have to go 6 to delay the Finals, it's not worth it to tank a game in Boston.

The top of the east is not that weak though. This post-season will certainly be the exception to the rule. Dwight, Rose, Amare/Shumpert, and Celtic injuries don't happen every year.

Oh man, didn't think Cs fans would get so defensive. They know it's over. Pistons have just as good a chance at winning the 2012 NBA Title as the Cs. Your old, injury prone, and don't have a top 10 pick coming. It's OVER. I had to go through this when the Pistons faded, now u have to go thru it. Have fun rooting for Ls the next 3 seasons for long pong ball equity.

Is there any real indication that bosh is coming back? Last I heard was vague reports about maybe working out. Sounds really bad to me. I'd bet on him being done or at best being a useless corpse on the court.
