Its the play they should have run at the end of regulation with Wade and LeBron though.
In regulation if they ran it, they prob run it a few seconds earlier to try and get an offensive rebound/putback, and Wade probably would have attacked instead of settling for a 3.
Blah.
there's a monumental difference between running that play in a tied game or down by two. You don't waste 20s of shot clock for absolutely no reason, it's just terrible game plan
i dont think the reffing was 1 sided really. it was just really really bad. problem is when u foul out lebron on a bad call even if ur making bad calls for both teams equally its gonna affect the team with lebron more since theres nothing the refs can do to impact the other team as much as they did the heat
Raising money for the Boys and Girs Club was such a transparent use of charity for self glorification. Lol @ the Lebron fans saying "no no, really he's an OK guy because he helped raise money for charity." He didn't even donate personally...
"what are you exploiting that the Heat are doing that's working so well?"
"taking advantage of them crying to the refs in transition"

maybe. but i think the backlash is considerably considerably less if he just does it straight up at the start of free agency and just makes an announcement without taking it to espn (gives the cavs time to recover/pursue other players rather than pinning all their hopes on lebron returning)
and i mean, he didn't do this so he could raise money for the boys and girls club. that was seemingly done to hedge against ppl calling him an attention whore or any negative backlash televising the decision would have done. all's well that ends well and the kids got paid, sure, but it's disingenuous to use that as the main defense to airing it
it was the inability to hit 2 clutch ft by marquis and rondo and the butterfingers on all those rebounds man. and like kc said the missed 2 for 1s and the bad execution in half court. a vet team shouldnt do that. but pietrus made some plays finally and there was good d down the stretch by c's. doc designed that play for kg down low and he does ok with that he is just doc.
