pressure getting to the heat as evidenced by them not showing intensity down the stretch.

when lebron was guarding pierce on that three, he gave paul so much room it was ridiculous, and his defensive stance was not an intense defensive stance. mind boggling really, but understandable too - the heat's reaction to the pressure is to act cool because there is an embarrassment factor they fear. fear kills.
