Doesn't matter what he does, his "effort" in this game will not be forgotten. Only way he can redeem himself is to take the ship, singlehandedly if need be. If it takes him scoring 100 points to win, well he is not going to be forgiven unless he scores 100 points.

Six months from now Bron Bron will be throwing down a 360 dunk and then running along the sideline to high give Jigga and Spike Lee. They'll lose by 20, but the postgame party will be at the 40/40 Club. He'll win MVP again and have a 20 story billboard in Times Square. He'll even carry the Knicks to the first round of the playoffs. He will be considered the best individual talent of our generation. He'll never win a single championship.

I'm a huge lebron fan and even i was shocked at last night's performance. unless he was just dead pooped from playing wii fitness with shaq the night before, there's no reason he shouldn't have driven into the lane every single possession once he saw that he didn't have his jump shot. here's to hoping he''ll turn around for games 6 and 7 though...

im hoping like hell that he'll make me eat my words, but it seems as if lebron doesn't really care at all anymore...

And all the distractions he is causing the team, bringing EVERYONE around the team to say that he is being a terrible leader? How is that acceptable from the MVP?

If you want to say he cannot possibly redeem himself regardless of what he does then I would be more inclined to agree with you, but I have a feeling that is not the direction you are going.

if that's how you feel about Lebron's performance, you must literally want to kill Shaq, Mo, WTP and Jamison, in real life

The chances of Lebron never winning a ring are very very small.

If you wanna bet on the Celtics based on your reading of Labron's demeanor that is fine, but don't act like there isn't a good reason for the line to be where it is. If anything, I would bet that the casual bettor is blindly mashing the Celtics the way you are based on all the articles saying Labron has quit on this season.
Last time I felt this way during the playoffs was after Game 5 of Boston vs LAL when Kobe never got into the paint and kept throwing up god awful jumpers every possession. The line opened Boston -4, and it was a 25 point game by half time. Cleveland is mentally defeated and you can just see the desperation in the eyes of Rondo's defenders as they wish they were sitting on the bench.

Nope, have no reason to think those guys were not trying their hardest, Labron was not. And if they weren't trying, its Labron's responsibility to tell Mike Brown to get them the **** out the game. Go back to reading box scores though, you clearly have no idea what you are talking about.

And lol at trying to use +/- from one game to tell us anything.

K, just saying "Its due" is not the reason for people betting the Cavs. Its because they have the better talent. Obv the way Labron approaches is huge, and if you think he is going to pull another Kobe then you should bet the Celtics. Probably a bunch of people out there who think he is going be pissed and respond to all the criticism with a dominant performance the way he did in Game 2. If you think you know better one way or the other than bet it, but just assuming complete irrationality from the opposite side is kind of silly.

if you think cavs gonna win next game, i would urge you to just parlay it into them titling. if lebron comes out like old school 2006 soulpwn pistons bron they will have a damn good chance.

if he comes out, as i would expect, as petulant kobeesque, global icon, calipari nuthugger then its over.

Sports bettors are notoriously irrational and always bet the super stars. The casual fan is definitely expecting Lebron to score 50 points.

I think you should use your psychic abilities to make the world a better place, not to mind read NBA players

also, I don't think Lebron should be telling MB who should or shouldn't be on the floor

well the genius bookmakers have the cavs at +168 for the series

oh yeah, those are the geniuses who had Boston at like +400 at the beginning of the series

and the same geniuses who gave orl odds of something like +650 last year vs cle, and who still gave cleveland ridiculously good odds of winning until the very end

How about watching the game before weighing in so strongly? Is that too much to ask? Thought you said you were going to do that before you commented, but I guess not.

Guess every coach in the league must be psychic too because they all constantly praise their team for effort and yell at them for lack at effort. But if they can't read their mind, how can they judge their effort???? ZOOOOMMMGGGGGG, the only explanation is that they are PSYCHIC!!!!! How do you ever get reviewed at your job? How can anyone ever call someone a hard worker or lazy? They can't, only psychics are qualified to do that according to you, LMAO.

Labron is the MVP. You don't think its his job to say something if another player is half assing it? LMAO. How about at least letting the coach know what is going on, and then jetting in the offseason if he is too ******ed to take the player out??? That didn't happen though, Labron was the one half-assing it. Would excuse you for not knowing that since you have only read the box scores, but you are coming in here acting like a smart ass when you have no clue what went down.

Wow. The Celtics have rebranded themselves as the selfless 2004 Pistons. If we make it to the finals we can say we're "winning one for the average Kevin and Pauls of the world"
