i know that isn't a foul and shouldn't have been called, but it just seems strange that no matter how clean you are up top, you can just hip check the dude's shoulder and land on him like that.

before I state my case, let it be clear i don't mind the no call at all and that league should allow more contact like that, BUT

he's not entitled to that airspace. You're only entitled to your vertical airspace. He jumped out to catch up to the play. Nothing entitled in that case.

And I'm actually not sure how vertical airspace works in the restricted area, though I think Ray caught it in the lower defensive box anyway.
