Really man? I didn't feel like a dick at all and I am about as far from an ass as you can get in all aspects of life. I was just supporting my team and I enjoy getting drunk and laughing at all the creative insults thrown at me. I think you're right that dicks would get enjoyment out of doing such a thing, but I also think there are other personality types that can enjoy it as well. I am just a silly guy that does not get offended easily.
As a Celtic fan, if I were to bet money on a C's/Magic series, I would obviously bet on the Magic. However, I don't think it's so definitive that I would say it's lol-worthy.
I'm not really too worried as long as Rondo is under contract. I think you are overreacting about Celtic struggles as is most of the NBA world.

This is pretty poor self-awareness. Just because you can laugh off the insults doesn't mean it isn't rude to the home fans that just want to go and have a good time. I've had this argument here before and don't really care to have it again. Wearing a jersey isn't doing anything to "support the team." It's just being an attention whore. Rondo isn't going to see you wearing that jersey and then play better.

I went to a lol Mariners game (BOS @ SEA) wearing a Red Sox Jersey and nothing happened. There were probably more people wearing Red Sox gear than Mariners gear.

Okay, we don't have to have this argument, but please let me just clear up what you are trying to say real quick so I properly understand.

You are saying that I have no right to go watch my favorite team and wear the jersey of my favorite player because they are the away team and I am in the wrong for doing so; and the people that purposely run into me, throw stuff at me, and chant profanity at me are not being rude as they have the right to do so because I am disrespecting them by cheering for my favorite team. Is that right or am I misunderstanding?
