This kid is only 17. Possible #1 overall pick in an upcoming draft.

He's the sure-fire #1 in 2023 and has been for about 2 years.

Holy ****, he's 7'2'' at 17. He could easily top out at 7'4'' and break the unicorn model everywhere.

That range, though.

Real talk of 2p2 SE Forum:

Does he go #1 overall (as a consensus #1) if he was allowed in the 2021 NBA Draft?

100% take CHET or this Wembanyama kid #1 overall in this draft, right? They seem like the type of prospects who have vest player in the world potential. Not sure anyone in this draft has that potential.

CHET looking good against Canada today. Had a sweet help side block at the rim.

Gobert with hands is quite possibly the best basketball player you can build

Everything in his environment family school and all is a'sl A+, he just need to put some weight and avoid injury to have a shot at the GOAT title

The two unicorns square off tomorrow in the championship. Wembenyama vs CHET.

Watching this USA-France u19 championship. After a slow start, Wembenyama has taken over here against America's stacked team. He is an amazing prospect.

His foul trouble probably decided the game. Or at least was the biggest factor. Chet looked solid. As did Ivey.

I agree. When he wengt to the bench with 4 fouls, America immediately went on a run getting multiple baskets right at the rim. When he finally came back in, Ivey got his final four by going at him. Entire tournament was fun. Wemby is the real deal.

Not sure how many of you still follow DEAN, but he appears to have some takes on this years draft that are different from consensus like 2014 when he correctly nailed Embiid > Wiggins. Interesting.
