See here's the thing about NBA Drafts. GMs love to draft on potential so damn much in the top of the draft (see: Hasheem Thabeet) while decent amount of the time in the latter part of the lottery ceilings aren't truly considered (see: Giannis and Kawhi).
I just watched Mikal Bridges in the NCAA title game and his 3 point shot is so wet. Nothing but net over and over. Great form, great lift, I could watch him shoot 3s all day every day and twice on Sundays.
The more that I think about it he probably won't last until #9 for the Knicks. It would really suck to get sniped like the Knicks did with GSW and Steph Curry. The only hope for Knicks fans is that Mikal is 22 this year so some GMs won't even consider him on principle alone in the top of the draft. Plus the draft is so deep anyway. But give me Mikal Bridges over Trae Young, Collin Sexton, and Wendell Carter without question, fo sho.
Speaking of Villanova players, what's the take on Jalen Brunson?

I could see him being a great pick for Philly at #23~ and be a positive player for their bench.
