Hawks were gonna trade up to 17 then they saw the leaked picks and realized they didn't have to. I guess Bucks miss out on some future 2nd rounder.

Sexton seems like a good gamble at 22/1. Once LeBron and maybe some others are gone, there will be plenty of shots available.

Did the Jazz just drafted White Draymond Green ?

One of the last games before teams openly face guarded Trae off the ball full court + doubled him(a defense NBA teams could never afford to employ vs Trae)...abd what a show he put on.

Holy smokes at the Brett Brown interview. In this age of sarcasm with Pop/Kerr, it's a breath of fresh air to hear somebody speak so candidly and honestly and respectfully about the situation. No wonders everyone in the organization loves him.

Does this mean Schroder is gone?

if the sixers had zhaire 1b on their board, as sceptical as i am that that's true, he must have some shown megaelite intangibles / ability to learn / skill development stuff in his interviews/workouts/research for that to be the case

certainly makes him more intriguing to me

What? Why?

They need a sf and have the luxury of being patient with him

I think they meant 1b at #10, not overall. They describe Mikal as 1a.

Yeah this is pretty much correct.

Luka is definitely shorter than we thought, looks about the same size as Miles Bridges, maybe a smidget taller but Miles is 6'5.25 without shoes, at most Doncic is 6.5.5 & 6'7 in shoes. He's still a big guard but the 6'8 thing is false advertisement.

6”6/7 is likely since Adam Silver is 6”4.

I wonder if Adam Silver can still dunk.

If Lukais 6'6 or smaller instead of 6'8, that changes everything

So the reason why MPJ slid apparently is because he will have to sit atleast 6 months to get his back right. Nuggets have said they don’t mind him sitting this season just to get him good to go.

Lowe said that Denver took MPJ and immediately tried to trade back into the next few spots, offering up next year's first plus probably Juancho/Lyles/younglings. I trust Denver's scouting department and Dean, but I'm not seeing he love for Zhaire tbqh.

Maybe the Spurs want Zhaire....

How do people feel the lottery teams rank after the draft in terms of overall outlook?

My list from worst to best:

1. Grizz
2. Bulls
3. Clippers
4. Hawks
5. Kings
6. Hornets
7. Magic
8. Knicks
9. Suns
10. Cavs
11. Mavs
12. 76ers

Regardless if Doncic outplays Trae the hawks have a much brighter outlook than before the draft but it’ll take time. Mavs in great shape to grab a top C in FA and become relevant again.

Next year Knicks are in good position to bring Kyrie or Kemba to NYC in FA (I hope)
