I would take DAR over Okafor but he is definitely not a significantly better asset. I would give a slight edge to Russell but you wouldn't get a consensus league wide.
Also, Okafor is obviously a better asset than the Lakers protected pick. It will either be 4 or 5 in a bad draft -- or it is top 3 protected next draft. The Sixers were reportedly offered the Nets pick this year for Okafor and turned it down. That pick has much more value than the top 3 protected Lakers pick.
