He dropped a bunch of weight because of the knee injury. He weighed 216 in 2012 at the Nike Hoops Summit. He's listed at 228 right now by the 76ers.
Joakim Noah entered the league at 223 and that was after three years at Florida. Larry Sanders came in at 222 after three years at VCU.
Anyway, you obviously don't need to be all that big to play center in the modern NBA and Noel isn't as small as you are making him out to be.

What do you make of Parker averaging 5 assists as a junior? Huge anomaly because he LDO can't pass and never will?
