So is this Josh Giddey thing just a giant nothing burger that social media is driving for nefarious reasons?

As far as I can tell, he had a one night stand with someone he met in an 18 or older club, when he was 19-20 and they were allegedly 17 (which means they misrepresented their age); and on top of this the age of consent is 16 in Oklahoma. What am I missing that this is even a story at all?
