bout 10 wolves shots just rimmed out that half. hoping that rim is equally unforgiving for nugs. wolves fans are disappointing... this is your one shot in 80 years and you go radio silent most of the game outside of booing any time murray touches the ball, not realizing your boos fuel him to greatness

Why is this supposed to be a fair fight? Haliburton is 24, JB is 27.

Knicks have been in the playoffs two straight years and 3 of the last 4. Pacers were a lotto team the past two years.

This Knicks are clearly the better team and further along than the Pacers. The Knicks are also playing out of their minds. FFS they just shot >50% from 3 on 27 attempts and DD went 7-10 lol.

It doesn't really matter who's playing if they're going to run that hot.

it's complete bullshit that he wasn't suspended

other than that this is just classic MN sports, they'll lose game 4 too, state can't have nice things

I'd say given how depleted Knicks are, it would be good for the Pacers core to be performing better in this series as far as how it pertains to their future.

Turner/Siakam are veterans and Siakam is about to sign a max deal.

I dunno, not like anyone thought pacers were some great team of the future or anything but just saying

funny if giannis just played and they lost rd 1 to bucks it would probably look better than losing to the knicks with 4 rotation guys and 2 starters out

Monday game 2 to Friday game 3 really benefited Nuggets as it gave Murray time to get healthy/healthier.

I don’t remember seeing that big of a gap between game 2/3 before.

think the nuggs just caught wolves with pants down a bit, still see them having issues in this series if ant is HIM level

their bench is terrible and murray has been wildly inconsistent in the playoffs

Yup, I put my money where my mouth was and bet on Denver yesterday to win, even if it was not a sound logic wager ; I did not however bet on Pacers, even if it perfectly the narrative of all 4 teams making a comeback

Kinda crazy how the Woyas could've had Haliburton to replace Curry and DD to replace Klay. Obviously the comparison isn't perfect, but in terms of replacing all time great pairings...

I can’t be mad about not drafting Hali since curry is still very very good, but kerr has made it aggressively clear he has no ****ing idea how to do anything but button mash Klay Dray and Steph

I’m not saying DD is the second coming, but you had this and couldn’t figure out how to get anything out of it cuz hurr Durr kerr Klay

Warriors getting **** for not taking the guy that ended up going 7th when they had the 2nd pick is lol bad. If you are arguing not taking Ball, at least there is some credence to that.

And as far as I was aware DD only left because the Warriors couldn't pay him. Warriors actually gave his career life.

And I'm not sure how Kerr gets blame for the above.

this is a surprisingly well priced line as it is fair at -122 east +122 west

it's an interesting prop because the Celtics are the overwhelming favorite and steering that market and this is thus more of a derivative of yes/no on the Celtics than anything else

considering at circa you can bet yes on Celtics for -105 and no on Celtics for -125ish - i'd rather just bet that one directly

really interesting market as there seems to be zero belief any team in the east has much of a chance other than the Cs and whomever survives the nugs/twolves matchup will be a massive fave in the western conference final

Considering the warriors draft history and execution of those players you will never convince me that if the warriors drafted ball over wiseman he’d have amounted to anything more than what moody has to this point

Which is the point. Kerr has demonstrated he has zero ****ing clue how to utilize anyone of any measurable level of talent. Kuminga only got consistent run once he went public that kerr sucks. DD in the same amount of minutes as he played with the knacks averaged 6 less a game

He’s a guy who did well in the absolute best of situations and catered an offense around what he had. The instant it stopped being the absolute best of situations he still leaned on players who are washed cuz he had no idea what to do with the players they drafted or signed

They won a bunch of Championships, then got injured for a couple of years before winning another one.

That was less than 2 years ago.

Now they are old. Seems crazy to over-react to the situation. Not sure what you are expecting.

They leaned on the old guys last year, which every team does if they won the Championship the year before. The players earned that.

This year they morphed throughout the year. For total minutes Pods (rookie) was 3rd, Kaminga (3rd year) was 4th. Looney was moved out of the rotation (8th most minutes). He was playing the kids.

This year they had the 18th and 57th pick. They will most likely finish All Rookie 1st and 2nd team well out performing their draft positions.

The main argument one can have is Moody. He was good whenever he was on the floor and deserved minutes over Wiggins.

Yet to see a perfect coach though.

think it's fair to complain that the woyas failed to develop any useful players for like 10 years, when they really could have used some to prop up their stars, especially as they aged. kerr in general is probably overrated. like wow he realized that he should just let steph cook? incredible, what a visionary. as if the dantoni suns stuff didn't happen in like 2005...
