Chris Gardocki never had a punt blocked in his entire 16 year career (1,177 punts).

Unbeatable imo

33.8 net yards is not something to brag about.

LOL @ the personal section on wikipedia for Gardocki:

"He is married to his wife, Sally, and has a son, Cole . In 1997, his wife Sally, an attorney and author, wrote a book titled "The Wives Room", which provided a behind the scenes look at the life of an NFL wife , both donate time to several non-profit organizations including the Boys and Girls Club and the Taste of the NFL, and have regularly served turkey dinners to area residents during the holidays. In his early "frat boy" days he went by the name of "Patrick Byrne". He was so cool back then, what happened."

Joe Montana's career superbowl line:

att - comp - %. - yds. - TDs - int - rat - record
83 - 122 - 68.0 - 1,142 - 11 - 0 - 127.8 - 4-0
that's pretty sick.

Don't see how Tom Brady's 5 TD passes in 1 quarter could be anything but tied.

Brett Favre's 334 INTs are probably safe. Eli Manning is 29 and only 1/3 of the way there. The modern offense favoring rules make it hard to be that persistently ******.

Throwing a pick-6 in 5 straight games will be really hard to do, assuming Schaub doesn't do so against the Rams sunday.

Mike Vanderjagt's perfect season. Unbreakable imo

I feel this should be obvious but I guess I need to state it:

Records which are literally unbreakable are uninteresting. E.g. fewest points scored in a game (zero) or season win% (100%). Of course these can't be broken, we all know that, who cares.

The most interesting records are the ones that are possible to break, but so incredibly difficult that we never expect to see it. DiMaggio's 56-streak, or 8-interception games, etc. These records are not immortal locks but they're so incredible that it fascinates the mind to imagine it being broken.

not an unbreakable record at all in today's day and age but do people know the only 2 players with 300 receiving yards in a game?

Spoiler:
Flipper Anderson and Stephone Paige. Both in the '80s. Flipper has the record at 336. Surprising it's been so long and the 2 guys who did it were good but not great WRs although they both had high ypc throughout their careers

Spoiler:
If you dig in to the Paige game in 1985, he had 8 catches for 309 yds.
QB Blackledge was 4-7 143yds in the game
QB Kenney was 9-16 200 yds.

Paige had a 309 yard receiving game while catching 35% of the passes thrown, 62% of the completions made, and 90% of the completion yards.

Matt Ryan already has 3 in 5 seasons. Won't have a chance to add to it this year tho.

The way many teams are not carrying a feature back these days, I'd have to say Emmit Smith's record is safe
