Hey guys - I was thinking that a donkament for all the SE posters or even just the "GMs" from this Modern Era Draft would be a cool idea...I just noticed this while browsing through a BBV thread, and never knew this was actually doable. (yes - I lurk there from time to time).

Im obv still a relative newbie here...so - if anyone knows how to get this set up - LETS DO IT! (depending on the interest level obviously)

I'd be down to have picks skipped after 24 hours with the culprit being allowed to pick as soon as they log back in. We're late in the 8th round, and all of these slow picks are starting to have a domino effect.

Anyone agree?

I think the 9th and 10th matter, I mean, I know I have only one center who could explode at any time, every other big man I have can only play the 4. Getting a quality backup will definitely make a big difference in the perception of my team. Anyways, I am definitely in favor of a 24 hour rule, this is getting ridiculous.

Is there any reason we actually have to finish the draft? Can't we just sort of, I dunno, assume we have reasonable players (at whatever position) that'll get less than 1000 minutes a season?

This is def unfair, I for one only have 7 players on my roster and don't pick until the late 9th and I also have 2 10th round picks. I made those trades in mind with players I could get later in the 9th and 10th rounds.

I think a 24 hour rule is fine, in which case AC-Cobra should already be skipped and whoever is next should be allowed to pick.
