I prefer Dale (sacrifice a little O for slightly better D and rebounding.. otherwise very similar dudes.. plus the thought of having 2/3rds of my frontline be from the Showtime Lakers was too much to bear), but I could have gotten Brent!

Having a player of Ricky's caliber fall to me, though, is pretty sweet.
The more I think about it and the more I see who is still available, the more I think Dale Davis was a huge reach.

You keep saying this, but I don't think you understand. McHale didn't see open teamates and choose not to pass to them, so its not like you're going to change his mentality. McHale didn't have the court vision to see open teamates and the passing skills to make the tough passes. Coaching will NOT change that.

Nicholas and Cowboy also voted against.

JOA said we shouldn't draft coaches, just player coaches, so his position needs to be clarified.

I win, Allison Stokke is both semi-topical and hot.

he's better than any crack-pot you come up with. I think he's better than A.C. as well, but it's close. Don't think it was a huge reach, but I admit my error. With guys like Rodman and Oakley getting snagged early I thought guys like Dale and A.C. would soon follow.

But like I said, Ricky falling sorta cures my ills.

I think this is true.

Played my first sesh @24 hr fitness here in vegas. Jesus I hate little kids (little being 14 to 18). They're honestly ******ed. I almost got into a fight with the shooter on the other team because he was upset at my defense. "stop grabbing me!!>?!?>?!@#*^R" what a spaz.

Assani, PM me your number, I'd really love to ball with you.

LOL, wtf? Over the course of this thread your posts have gone from solid arguments to random crap like this imo.

There are still a lot of borderline stars IMO.

"And Bobbo, what qualifies you say that I don't know about player development and that you do? Was it the 1 year of basketball you followed? Is it the fact that a year ago you had never heard of Al Jefferson? Is it the fact that you became obsessed with basketball, but merely the statistical portion of the game?

You act like you have this great dearth of knowledge about basketball, but you merely study stats. It's not that hard to do that.

"Get off me, son." "

lol. This is funny.

Keep them coming? Why? He resorted to low blows but I did not. I don't think that's positive exchanges. Plus, I think (think) he is in jest, because I was.
