Meh. He called out my ability to judge player development. I parried and came back with the huge blow. It was above the belt.

Boxing analogies are awesome.

I was one of the people that liked the Odom pick at the time, but Im a little confused how Odom/West work together on the court. I agree with those that said the middle will be very clogged.

There's just not enough outside shooting on this team to open things up for the dream This can be remedied with later pics and bringing West/Odom off the bench.

Against this 5, teams could almost play a box and one, with the one being on Rice.

D

PS that said, this should be a great rebounding team that will create some matchup problems for a lot of teams. But I'm not 100% sold on the permiter yet.

Wow, yeah please play a box and one against my team and make Glen Rice your #1 defensive priority, please. Haha.

Also, are there still questions about how epipen's offense is going to run? IMO should run like Detroit's offense, that is if Rasheed played on the block.

Not only do I not really like their offense, I think their defense is very suspect as well. Hakeem is a stud no doubt, but aside from that ur defenders are not very good at all.

AC green has a pretty good but nothing special career. He's a good role player though and solid defender.

agreed, definitely would be interesting to see that play out in real life if we could.

To make things easier on me, just quote this post and add your name to whichever list you want to be a part of. Also if I missed anyone then let me know please. Some people's posts were very ambiguous, so I didn't count them yet. Again let me state what we're doing here:

I want to leave it in your guys hands, so I'll take a vote. With that said, in order to overturn a current rule it takes more than just a >50% vote. Also, I'm fully aware that its impractical to get all 40 of us to vote on something. So heres the deal:

The first 30 of us that vote will count. If 20 or more vote to not include coaching then the rule will change. Otherwise the rule will stay the same.

If after a few days 30 people havn't voted, then we'll go with whomever has voted and use the same 66% needed qualifier.

Does that seem fair to everyone?

For coaches:

Yeah, that was pretty stupid of me to say that. Hakeem will eat that **** up. I still think you have a Top 10 team, just get a slasher and a shooter and its Top 5.

D

PS I do think teams have to be very concerned with Rice. Hakeems gonna get his, but I think Rice is a guy you can slow down with good D. He is certainly your number 2 option, IMO.

I don't need guys that score 30 ppg. In fact, I have two of them already. AC takes about 9 shots a game and they're pretty much all garbage shots, but there really aren't too many guys out there as good as or better than him at doing it. The couple of guys who are - Rodman, Barkley - went a long time ago or have a lot of problems (short peak, injuries, no D, inefficient). Efficient shooters, good defenders, and good rebounders mean you win a lot more games than you lose.
